Who We Are
Maggie Beer Holdings represents three premium brands, that all follow the principles of making Australian premium gifting, food and beverage products using Australian ingredients and materials that support local communities, dairy farmers, fruit and vegetable growers.
Maggie Beer Products, Paris Creek Farms and Hampers & Gifts Australia are all committed to making innovative products that meet consumer demand for high quality, convenient and indulgent food, beverage and gifting products.
All three brands resonate strongly with Australian consumers who are increasingly looking for locally produced products, which matches the very essence and ethos of our three brands.
Our Investments
MBP’s premium food business is based in the Barossa in South Australia. It produces a range of premium food products under the “Maggie Beer” brand, both through its own manufacturing capabilities and third-party contract manufacturers.
In December 2017, the acquisition of the South Australian-based biodynamic organic dairy business, B.-d. Farm Paris Creek (rebranded as Paris Creek Farms), further strengthened the company’s position in the sector.
In August 2018, Maggie Beer Holdings continued to expand its portfolio of brands having acquired Melbourne based premium dairy business Saint David Dairy, known for its single source milk and also its yoghurt, cream and award-winning butter. After successfully growing the business amongst local cafes, restaurants and consumers, St David Dairy was divested from the group in 2022, acquired by another local dairy business to further its strategic initiatives.
In a further development of the Maggie Beer Holdings group, the successful acquisition of The Hamper Emporium & Gifts Australia was announced in March 2021, helping to strengthen our direct to consumer offering and transforming the MBH group into a large e-commerce and grocery retail business. This acquisition gives the group a clear path to growth, with the strength of the Maggie Beer Products and Hampers & Gifts Australia brands.
